Description
All of the components used in construction of these Branson CJ-20 replacement converters are all new, not recovered from scrapped units. These converters are made in a highly controlled and repeatable manner to duplicate the performance of the OEM models. The parts are made from certified materials in tightly controlled manufacturing processes, assembled and tested in a climate-controlled environment using carefully calibrated equipment, then properly aged and re-tested to ensure performance that duplicates the OEM part. The entire process is conducted in a ISO registered facility. Best of all, since the manufacturing process is so carefully controlled, durability is assured.
Our converters do not look like a Branson CJ-20 even though specifically designed to replace them. Chrome plating is expensive and non-functional, as is grooving the housing. We note that many suppliers who copy Branson’s appearance also use the CJ-20 model designation, possibly to cause buyers to think they are getting a CJ-20 made by Branson. To our knowledge we offer the lowest-priced new replacement converters on the North American market and we have a no-discount policy. If our competitors are willing to discount to our price, what does that tell you about their price? Or about their business model?
We worked very hard to incorporate functional improvements to the OEM design to make these units more durable. We left no stone unturned to try to give you the best product anyone knows how to make. We are proud to make a unit that looks different and probably outperforms the OEM unit. As with replacement parts for automobiles, often the aftermarket part is much better and less expensive than the OEM part.
We offer the same warranty as the OEM, namely, three years one-time replacement. Simply ship the broken unit back to arrive within three years of original shipment, and it will be replaced (one time) if the failure is the result of a defect in material or workmanship. See the warranty link below for the particulars.
