This machine has all the features you’d ever want or need on an ultrasonic welder, with Melt-Match servo melt control, variable amplitude, linear encoder large color touch screen.
This particular machine was built around 2022, originally shipped to a start-up company in Hawaii which ran a relatively small amount of product. The product was not embraced by the market and the company eventually dissolved. We bought this welder from the owners as they were liquidating the company. We asked them to crate it an wrap it in plastic to protect it from salt air on the ship as it returned to the continental US.
In the photo you see the machine as it was packed in Hawaii, except for one wall of the crate and the blue plastic film we cut away so we could verify that all “the stuff” is there. You can see the upper part of the press and column which are mounted on the base, the black bag contains the cables and the touch screen mount, the brown box has the color touch screen in it, the generator and servo controller are in the black plastic wrap at the right side of the photo, and the transducer and booster are mounted in the press. Also included are all the manuals, etc.
This machine sold for over US$90,000 new and is in near-new condition.
