20KHz Stack Vise for Ultrasonic Tooling
This stainless steel stack vise is designed specifically to clamp 20KHz converter front slugs and booster spanner "collars" during assembly or disassembly to reduce damage to expensive ultrasonic stack components.
The vise features two clamping chambers, one for tooling 1.5" (38 mm) dia. and one for tooling 1.8" (46 mm) dia. The two-pin hinge design allows the upper jaw to "float" and seek the best clamp position on the tool for maximum contact. The securing bolt has a long lever handle that can be re-positioned out of the way once secured. The securing bolt can be completely removed so the upper vise jaw can be fully opened. The steel spanner-hole pins are set in stepped holes such that they can be driven out from the bottom of the vise should they ever need replacement.
Ring Stand Holder with Clamp Blocks for 20KHz Ultrasonic Stacks
This anodized aluminum holder clamps to almost any ring stand and securely holds an ultrasonic stack using a booster having a mounting ring with a diameter of between 2.65" (67 mm) and 3.25" (83 mm), which is most of the standard ones.
To mount a stack, set the holder to an appropriate height on the ring stand and simply hang the stack in the holder and clamp it with the blocks.

This durable cast steel spanner wrench is of the hinged style. It is appropriately sized to fit most 15 and 20 KHz transducers/converters, boosters, and horns/sonotrodes.
Price shown is for one only. In most cases, you will need a pair, so order two. Warranty is one year, one time replace.

To mount a stack, set the holder to an appropriate height on the ring stand and simply hang the stack in the holder.
Not using a booster? Flip the holder over and use the other side, which is a better fit for converters with diameters between 2.65" (67 mm) and 2.99" (76 mm) which includes almost all 20KHz converters of at least 500 watt power capability.

High Pressure Silicone Ultrasonic Stack Grease
The function of grease in the joint is to:
1. Fill the microscopic valleys in the surface of the tooling to improve acoustic transfer from one component to the next.
2. Remain in the joint so the metal of the two pieces of tooling do not become "clad" together by the action of the ultrasound and thus impossible to disassemble.
Never use grease and a polymer washer in the same joint.
20 KHz Titanium Booster 3.25 inch ring for Branson or Dukane
Fits all Branson 5170, 501, 8800, 851, 900 series and 2000 series standard actuators, assembly stands, and IW systems, Dukane 43x2xx presses and thrusters, Sonics and Materials E, F, and G systems, and many Ultra Sonic Seal systems. Check mounting ring and stud sizes to be sure. Input and output threads are 1/2-20. Adapter studs are available if required.

Branson CR-20S Converter Replacement (short version)
The CR-20S is only as long as it is because Branson made it using the same housing as the CR-20. This model mounts the connectors and ground lug directly in the insulator disc of our CJ-20 replacement model (AM44C20), making the housing about 1.25" (32 mm) shorter overall, the same length as a CJ-20. Making this model shorter lets us leave off the machined aluminum cap that makes our CR-20S replacement (AM44C20RS) about the same length as Branson's, but if it the extra length doesn't matter to you this model does exactly the same job as our CR-20S replacement model (AM44C20RS) at an even lower price, Maybe Branson already builds one like this. Maybe if they don't they will some day soon.
