Used or Refurbished Ultrasonic Equipment

This 1800 watt 30 kHz Dukane iQ press system was built in 2019 and is in very good condition, having been used only in a prototyping lab.  This model is still in production today and fully supported by Dukane parts and service.. This model can weld by time, collapse distance, absolute distance, energy, peak power, or ground detect.  It can weld in dual pressure mode or use a second pressure for hold.  It uses a 1 micron optical linear encoder and has an advanced processor with very high sampling rate.  The generator has line/load regulation so programmed generator amplitude is what you get.  The flow-through cooling system has all components that generate heat mounted on heat sinks that protrude into a cooling tunnel with a thermostatically-operated cooling fan that prevents plant air from coming into contact with circuit board components and minimizes heat-blanket effect that can shorten component life.  The press utilizes aluminum castings plus a thick-wall drawn-over-mandrel hard-chromed steel column for high rigidity.  The nickel-plated steel fixture mounting plate is easily removable for drilling of additional mounting hole patterns, replacement or resurfacing/re-plating.
